Dynamic Resource Hub for Students and Researchers

The library at AIMS a dynamic resource hub, catering to the diverse needs of students,faculty members, and researchers. The library is equipped with distinct sections such as the Journal Section, Reading Hall, Digital Library, and Stack-room .The library offers a variety of resources, including books, print journals, e-journals, e-books, and other resources like question papers, syllabus, hand books etc. The library boasts an extensive collection, including a substantial number of books (7617), print journals (14), e-books (3000+), and e-journals (4000+) & other resources. The collection encompasses a wide range of materials, including reference books, textbooks, online e-books, e-Journals, print journals, and CDs.

The library holds institutional memberships with Delnet and NDLI, enhancing access to additional resources. Subscriptions to databases like J-Gate (e-journals) and EBSCO e-books contribute to the digital resources available. The library is proactive in organizing activities, including orientation programs for students, celebrations of reading day and librarian’s day, and training sessions on accessing e-resources in both online and offline mode.

Silence must be observed strictly in the Library.
Every person who enters the Library will sign the visitor register.
Readers are not allowed to borrow books on the card of another reader.
Deposit your personal belongings at the property counter.
Use of Library is strictly reserved for readers possessing a Library membership card.
Outgoing publications will have to be shown to the person on duty at the gate.
In case of lost book/ Library card it should be reported immediately in writing to the Librarian.
The marking and defacing of any publication is strictly forbidden.
Smoking, eatables and drinks are not allowed in the Library premises.
Switch off mobile phones or to keep on silent mode in the Library premises.
All readers are required to maintain discipline in the Library.
Library staff is not responsible for reader's personal books.
Outsiders are not allowed to use the Library.
