By assisting and facilitating their nascent and growing enterprises, the AIMS Baramati Center for Incubation and Start-Ups (CISU) seeks to create an ecosystem that binds its students as young, aspiring entrepreneurs. The CISU works to support these entrepreneurs in organizing and merging various strands of excellence, innovation, and entrepreneurship in order to help them put their ideas into action and produce more job creators and social reformists.

The teachers, staff, students, alumni, and industry guests that may apply knowledge and technology advancements to the advancement of society and the country’s economy comprise the CISU ecosystem.

Although the CISU-AIMS was founded in 2017, it has been engaged in entrepreneurship development initiatives since 2011.

• To foster in the students a spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship through activities and events which create inventive and entrepreneurial attitude among students. This will be achieved through variety of lectures, workshops, intercollegiate events, debates, group discussions etc. in the Institute.
• To make students aware of the different resources and platforms available for pitching their product & process innovations right from Ideation to IP protection. This will be achieved through exposing students to the numerous innovation and startup activities taking place around the country, by training and encouraging them to compete in state and national level events like Startup Stars.
• To develop a group of motivated students with an entrepreneurial spirit, register their ventures and support them with access to seed capital.
